Shipping and Returns Policy
*FREE GROUND SHIPPING on orders of $175+, only applies to orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States, and excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Your order must total $175 before taxes and after any promotional discounts are applied. Please note that you will receive your order within 5-9 business days from the day we ship it.

- If you place your order after 11am Mountain Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following business day. This applies to UPS 2-Day and Overnight expedited orders as well as those requesting UPS Ground service.
- After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email.
- Please note that if the billing and shipping addresses provided do not match this may cause a delay in shipping your order.
- Please note that multiple item orders may result in split shipments based on stock availability. We will email tracking information when your order is fulfilled and shipped.
- At this time, we do not ship to PO Box, APO/FPO, or international addresses.
- The US Department of Transportation does not allow pressurized or flammable items to be shipped by air. As a result, orders containing fragrance must be delivered via our Ground option.
EROPER.COM RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
While we are unable to process exchanges at this time, we do accept returns.

Roper will accept returns* for full-priced items purchased on eroper.com to the original form of payment within 14 days of delivery date for a refund and 30 days from delivery date for store credit. Returns received after 30 days from delivery date will not be accepted. Roper will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt, missing the original tags or otherwise altered. Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and Roper reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.
*Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return.
You will be refunded for the value of your returned item(s) and tax. You will not be refunded original or return shipping costs.
We only accept returns that were purchased via this website. eroper.com will not accept orders that were purchased from other retailers.
If you receive an item that is damaged or differs from what you ordered, please contact customer service immediately.
You must ship your return using a trackable shipping method. eroper.com cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
How will I know when eroper.com receives my return package?
As soon as we receive and process your return we will email a confirmation to the email address you provided on your original order. Note, if there is a refund due, this refund will be noted in your email confirmation and typically shows up on your credit card account within 2-5 business days (depending on your credit card) or by your next credit card statement.
What is a good guideline when I should expect to receive an email confirmation that my return package has been accepted and processed?
Allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be processed. This takes in consideration the transit time of the return package back to us, a full warehouse inspection of the returned item(s) and credit processing of your return paperwork. As soon as your return is processed you will receive an email confirmation.
